Do you ship internationally?
While the goal is to eventually ship internationally, as of right now we only ship within the U.S.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed during our regular business hours. You can view our current schedule on the Our Operating Business Hours page.
All orders are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Because every nail set is handcrafted by a single artist, we kindly ask for your patience as we carefully create each order with the attention to detail it deserves. Thank you for supporting our growing business—we truly appreciate your trust and support!
What is your refund and return policy?
Due to the time, care, and craftsmanship that goes into creating each handmade set, all sales are final. For this reason, it's important to accurately measure your nail beds before placing your order. You can determine your size by using one of the following methods: our Sizing Kit, the Coin Method, or by selecting a standard size (Extra Small, Small, Medium, or Large).
For the best fit, we highly recommend our Sizing Kit, as it is the most accurate sizing method. The Coin Method is the second most accurate option. Please note that choosing a standard size may result in a less precise fit, as everyone's nail beds are unique.
How do I size my nail beds?
Before placing your order, please determine your nail size using one of the following methods: our Sizing Kit, the Coin Method, or by selecting a standard size (Extra Small, Small, Medium, or Large).
For the most accurate fit, we highly recommend purchasing our Sizing Kit. It is the most reliable sizing method and helps ensure your custom press-on nails fit perfectly. The Coin Method is our second most accurate option and is a great alternative if you prefer not to purchase a sizing kit.
Important: selecting a standard size (Extra Small, Small, Medium, or Large) may not provide the same level of accuracy, as every person's nail beds are unique. Doll Core Studios is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or the selection of a standard size.
Please Note: Purchasing a Sizing Kit will extend your overall order timeline, as the kit must first be delivered and your nail sizes submitted before we can begin handcrafting your custom set. While this adds an extra step, it allows us to create a set tailored specifically to your nail beds, ensuring the best possible fit and overall experience.
Where/How do I get in contact with DCS for a customed set?
For custom orders, we kindly ask that you contact us through our Instagram DMs, which can be found under the Follow Us section of our website. Instagram is our preferred method of communication, as it allows us to keep your inspiration photos, sizing information, and order details together for future reference.
If you're unable to contact us through Instagram, you're also welcome to reach us through the Chatway live chat on our website or by email.
Once you reach out, simply send us a photo of your inspiration set or provide a detailed description of the look you'd like to achieve. From there, we'll guide you through the sizing process using either our Sizing Kit or the Coin Method before we begin handcrafting your custom set.
Please Keep in Mind: While we make every effort to keep your sizing information on file for future orders, we cannot guarantee that all previous conversations or records will always be available. If your sizing information cannot be located, you may be asked to resubmit your measurements before we begin creating your new custom set.
